ITC 3201 Series ends mills
Industrial Tooling corporation (ITC) has launched its 3201 Series of 3-flute, long length end mills.
The range has been developed specifically to deliver high performance when machining aluminium and other non-ferrous materials.
These straight shank, centre cutting end mills feature a right-hand helix and radical flute geometry to provide good swarf clearance and surface finishes when operating at high feeds. Manufactured from a wear resistant, micro-grain substrate, this solid carbide end mill provides long tool life with a guaranteed level of performance that outstrips expectations, says ITC.
The 3201 Series is available in diameters that include 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 mm with shank diameters from 6 to 20 mm. Overall lengths of 75, 100 and 150 mm are available with selection depending upon diameter. Applications include machining deep cavities, pockets and general rough cutting cycles.
