Upgrades to F2330 high performance milling cutter

Equipped with trigon inserts, the F2330 high speed milling can now be supplied with PVD Tiger.tec inserts grades WSP45 and WSM35 for the machining of stainless steel and difficult-to-machine titanium and nickel-based alloys. The developments complement the cutter’s existing availability in Tiger.tec WKP25 and WKP35 and its ability to operate at five times the speed of recognised feedrates Designed specifically for high-performance machining in a range of applications – face milling, interpolation from solid, ramping and insert plunging, for example – the F2330 cutter features three-edged, positive inserts guarantee a soft, low-vibration cut and three cutting edge geometries are available for universal, stable and easy-cutting applications.
