Trumpf TruLaser Station 3003 offers flexible efficiency for small and medium batch welding

The compact Trumpf TruLaser Station 3003 is a flexible solution for small and medium batch laser welding volumes.

The design allows the optimal beam source to be selected for the application. Trumpf disc, diode and fibre lasers up to an output of 1 kW can be specified for applications such as welding lap joints in heat exchangers. For layer removal and stripping of semiconductors, the Trumpf TruMicro microprocessing laser would be the choice. The TruLaser 3003 is economical to run and is characterised by its minimal auxiliary processing times thanks to its programmable focusing optics. An integrated scanner optic makes this possible; neither the workpiece nor the optic need to be moved for processing. Linear axes that expand the working range are available as an option. Despite its 860 by 2,000 by 1,310 mm size, the TruLaser Station 3003 has a working range of 300 by 300 by 500 mm. Its automatic swing doors provide fast and ergonomic loading of workpieces.
