NCL multi-axis machining software has been enhanced with features designed to significantly improve machine simulation accuracy, thereby reducing programming time and machine errors. * Circular interpolation records are now processed as a single arc motion rather than a series of linear motions. This allows for a much quicker simulation of circular records and greater accuracy in the measurement of circular cuts. * In addition, recognition of surface features has been added to the measurement features of NCL/IPV. This feature gives users a more accurate measurement of surface primitives, such as cones, cylinders, planes, and spheres. These improvements are said to provide faster programming techniques and greater accuracy over different types of circular motions.
