Seco completes disc milling cutter range with 335.25 large slot width cutters
Seco Tools (UK) has launched the 335.25 cutters for large slot widths to complete its disc milling range.
Seco 335.25 disc cutters have been designed to help manufacturers reduce the cost per part. Specific insert features include an optimised geometry that reduces cutting forces and noise levels and the company says that due to a built-in wiper flat, excellent surface finishes can be achieved.
Different tool geometries and grades are available to maximise tool life irrespective of the material being machined.
Cutter features include a coated and pre-hardened cutter body for extended tool life and a strong and foolproof connection between the insert and cutter body results in a reliable cutting process.
Adjustable or fixed pocket design (with integral coolant) provides maximum flexibility and versatility making the range ideal for all kinds of applications.
