Seco’s 335.25 disc milling cutters can perform numerous machining operations, including slotting, back facing, helical and circular interpolation and plunging. The tools exhibit four-cutting-edge insert geometry that helps reduce cutting forces and optimise chip flow, says Seco.
Available in diameters from 80 to 315 mm, the 335.25 range includes 15, 20 and 25 mm cutting widths for fixed-pocket disc milling cutters, and 13.5 to 32 mm cutting widths for adjustable-pocket cutters.
Inserts are offered in four different sizes with corner radii ranging from 0.4 to 6 mm. A number of insert grades are available to suit all material types.
