The new DCG is a high-power cleaning generator which is compact in design and perfectly suited for use within harsh environments. The generator’s inputs and outputs are specially designed for system integration and offer all possible external control options.
A further important feature of the DCG generator is the high compatibility with its ECO predecessor. The new DCG does however benefit from new functions, such as analogue inputs and outputs, compatible with popular industry standards, which allow the cleaning process to provide feedback on the current ultrasonic output.
A number of variants of this new Generator are available with options for 25kHz or 40kHz frequency, maximum power levels between 800W and 2,400W, together with a supporting range of Tube Resonators from 340mm to 1180mm depending upon the variant selected.
Application areas for the DCG ultrasonic generator include cleaning production level or finished components, and as part of maintenance procedures.
