Mapra Technik introduces latest Doss circular parts measuring solution

The Doss ET4 enables the quick dimensional measurement of circular or irregular shaped parts. It consists of a glass table and tele-centric lens framed in aluminium profiles. The operator places a part up to a maximum 124 mm diameter on the glass table and acquires an undistorted image. Data collected from circular parts can then be checked for minimum, maximum and average ID and OD. For irregular parts there are four adjustable rulers for the measurement of linear distances and automatic definition of the measurement point for obtaining orthogonal measurements. The Doss ET6, also available, is similar to the ET4, but it is also capable of providing thickness measurement of parts from 0.1 to 9 mm thickness.
