Like other Dyna-Press models, the Dyna-Press 40/15 Plus is designed to bend parts at bending speeds of 25 mm/s. The coupling of the ram and servomotors is realised through two heavy duty ballscrews to distribute force and tonnage evenly across the working length. Furthermore, LVD says that the electric ram offers smooth transition from approach to working speed, and minimises power consumption through the use of an optimal power-to-inertia motor ratio.
The Dyna-Press 40/15 Plus provides an adjustable work height that gives the operator the option to work in a seated or standing position. A self-levelling base and adjustable-height foot pedal add to the ergonomics.
