LNS unveils Express 112 bar feed for precision industries
The LNS Express 112 bar feed is aimed at the medical, electronics and connector industries. It can process bars with a diameter of 0.8 to 12 mm and is very compact: thanks to lateral screw loading, the bar feeder is merely longer than the maximum bar length. The side loading magazine has a maximum capacity for 30 bars.
The Express 112 complements the company's existing Tryton series, both of which are designed for small diameter bars, and is said to offer the same level of performance and reliability. The bar feed is easy to install and operate; its design removes any mechanical constraint to the lathe spindle.
