The Robobar SBF 213 has a ground girder frame construction that is said to minimise vibration and enhance the smooth transition of raw material from the bar feed to the machine tool. Furthermore, the channels of the bar feed accommodate two different diameters simultaneously – bar movement is aligned with the spindle through a mechanical synchronising device.
No tools are required to change the bar channels, while the jaws that extract bar remnants are auto-centring from 2 to 12 mm and require no adjustment.
