Hainbuch modular clamping system now suits smaller quantities and diameters up to 200 mm

A newly developed jaw module for Hainbuch’s modular clamping system makes the system usable for smaller quantities and material dimensions up to a diameter of 200 mm.

The latest jaw module completes the modular family and presents a clamping philosophy that is said to open up even more possibilities for users.

With Hainbuch’s modular approach, the basic clamping device remains mounted on the machine and serves as an interface for other clamping devices. Whether for ID or OD clamping, saw cuts or bar work, the pull-back effect of the mounted add-on clamping elements enables rigid clamping, says the company.

The innovation is not just the individual clamping devices, but rather the modular principle, which, according to Hainbuch, minimises set-up times and decreases production downtime.
