Guhring introduces HR 500 Cast power reamer for grey cast iron
A special tool for the machining of grey cast iron is now available from Guhring. The HR 500 Cast power reamer can achieve surface finish quality below Ra 1.2. The solid carbide design provides the reamer with high rigidity and stiffness to withstand torsional and radial forces.
The combination of grey cast geometry and hard Guhring Signum coating is designed to prevent built-up edges and premature circular land abrasion.
