Bowers’ S-Dial Pro is indicator of quality
Bowers Group, the UK agent for Swiss metrology manufacturer, Sylvac, has launched a range of 'shop floor proof' digital indicators that are water and coolant resistant. Available with a measuring capacity of 50 mm, the S_Dial Pro indicators have a resolution of 0.0001 mm and a repeatability specification of 0.0002 mm.
Manufactured from materials that are able to withstand extended shop floor use and employing a mixed ceramic bearing system for smooth operation and long working life, the Sylvac digital indicators can be fitted with a range of contact points.
With a large LCD digital readout displaying all measurements, a simple three-button operating system gives S_Dial Pro users easy access to a range of useful features. In addition to metric/inch conversion, the indicators have a zero setting, a preset input facility, min/max/delta and the possibility to change measurement direction.
