From 1 October WNT (UK) is re-introducing its offer of a cash refund if it fails to meet its delivery promise.
“When WNT (UK) was founded in 1999 we had to employ many marketing initiatives to gain a foothold in what was, and still is, a competitive market sector,” says Tony Pennington, managing director, WNT (UK). “One of those initiatives was a £5 cashback if we did not deliver to a customer, as promised, before 12:00 noon the day after they had placed an order.”
Now, with the high level of investment that has been made in its logistics infrastructure, WNT (UK) is even more confident in its ability to meet the deadlines placed on it by its customers. Therefore, from 1 October WNT (UK) is re-introducing the offer. With an allowance for inflation it is now offering customers a credit of £10.00 to their account if items are not delivered by noon the day after the order was placed*.
* If an order is not delivered by the guaranteed delivery time £10 will be credited to the customer’s account upon request. Some postcodes and heavy shipments over 10 kg are excluded.
