Blechexpo will see the latest innovations led by the 42 series machines, one of which, a 42 series HWRB rotary brush machine, will be demonstrating Timesavers’ newly developed Hammerhead technology for the removal of heavy slag. The second 42 series model, designated WWRBW, will highlight the machines’ capabilities for deburring, creating uniform edge-rounding (up to 2 mm radius) and removing laser oxide.
Timesavers 32 series machines provide a lower cost alternative to surface and edge finishing. The model on display, a 32 series WRBW rotary brush machine, will feature newly developed technology in the form of an optical system that continuously measures brush length. Those measurements are then used to automatically set the brush to the exact specifications input by the user, eliminating any need for manual calibration. This option is also available on 42 series machines.
The Timesavers 22 series will be represented by an HW machine with Hammerhead technology. Combining Hammerhead with abrasive belt technology makes this configuration suitable for heavy slag removal, and finer deburring and finishing of material.
Also on display will be a 12 series abrasive belt machine, which is said to combine efficient processing and an affordable price in a completely refreshed design. The manual 10 series grinder for deburring and edge rounding of small batch production parts completes the line-up for Blechexpo. All machines will be under power for demonstrations throughout the exhibition.
“The Timesavers stand at Blechexpo will provide visitors with a fabulous insight into the technology available for processing sheet-metal components in a cost-effective and efficient way,” states Vincent Simonis, managing director at Ellesco. “The introduction of new technology, such as Hammerhead and optical brush measurement, ensures customers continue to have access to the best in sheet and plate processing technology.”
