A supplier of deburring, polishing and finishing machines, Ellesco, is opening the doors of its Christchurch, Dorset facility for a week-long open house event. Beginning on 25 February, the mini-exhibition will focus on the Timesavers range. Visitors are challenged to bring along their components to see how Ellesco and Timesavers solutions perform, regardless of whether they need basic surface graining, edge breaking or the addition of radii.

“This event will be a showcase of surface finishing, covering every aspect from deburring and precision grinding, through to heavy slag or laser oxide removal,” says Vincent Simonis, managing director. “The machines on show from Timesavers highlight that just about anything is possible and we are happy for customers to bring along sample parts and challenge our team.”

Timesavers machines on show, and under power, will extend from manual through to fully automated processes, and include: a 10-series manual abrasive disc and cup brush machine; 12-600-W entry-level abrasive belt machine, 22-1100-WMdMd belt and cup brush machine; 32-1100-WRb belt and rotary brush machine; and the company’s flagship 42-1350-WRb belt and rotary brush machine. A range of consumable materials will also be on show.

The company’s team of sales and applications engineers will be supported by representatives from the Timesavers factory. An appointment is preferable to ensure the right machine and personnel are available.
