Star coverage in North and Scotland boosted
Star Micronics GB has appointed Ben Healey area sales manager for the North of England and Scotland.
He is a time-served engineer, holds an HNC in mechanical and production engineering, and brings with him a wealth of experience from working in the aerospace industry in the North West of England.
The last two years of his career have been spent as a technical sales manager in the cutting tool sector.
Mr Healey also has additional roles outside of sales, including first-line contact for applications engineering and service, and arranging demonstrations at the company's technical centre in Melbourne, Derbyshire.
Other products sold by Star GB for which he will be responsible are the German-built range of short and full-length bar magazines from FMB, and JBS compensating guide bush systems, also from Germany.
