Star bags June sales of £1.3 million
Melbourne, Derbyshire-based Star Micronics took £1.3 million worth of sliding-head orders during June, boosted by the company's Open House event held from Tuesday, 18 through to Thursday, 20.
Visitors saw: the SR-20IV, the latest in the successful 20R series; the SR-10J, showcasing its efficiency and compact build; the heavyweight SR-32JN; and the innovative SW-20 mill turning centre.
