From the eight machine tools being showcased on its stand at MACH 2022, seven are equipped with the powerful, sophisticated and versatile DynaPath WinDelta control.

Visitors to MACH Machine Tools’ stand will not only be able to appreciate the different machines’ performance and productivity potential and recognise the incredible value they represent - but also familiarise themselves with the all-powerful, all-conquering DynaPath control

Bristol-based MACH Machine Tools Ltd., part of the Vigilance Group, has set its sights on the MACH 2022 exhibition as being a truly transformative and pivotal event where show visitors will be able to experience, appreciate and understand the distinct performance, efficiency, and productivity advantages available to them when they invest in a MACH machine equipped with the advanced DynaPath WinDelta control.

David Andrew, CEO, Vigilance Group, said: "MACH 2022 is the ideal venue and the perfect location for us to showcase, not only our impressive line-up of toolroom mills, high-speed machining centres and CNC lathes - but also the many benefits and features of the machines’ DynaPath WinDelta (CNC) control system.

“We’re on a mission - and we expect to make many converts.”

Since the last MACH exhibition in 2018, things have developed and moved on a pace for MACH Machine Tools. The company has expanded its UK operations significantly, increasing its headcount and upgrading its Bristol showroom facility.

Similarly groundbreaking developments have occurred with the company’s machine tool portfolio - particularly its line up CNC machines which are now, almost exclusively, equipped with the DynaPath control system.

High-productivity machines, packed with a range of technology features (all supplied as standard), and representing great value best describes MACH Machine Tools’ range of toolroom mills, and the four machines it is showcasing at the show:

The MACH MDT-2 is a turret-type milling machine designed to deliver high precision, superior surface finishes and best-in-class reliability.

The machine has a Meehanite cast construction and features a hardened and ground table top and T. slots, hardened and ground slideways with a Turcite B anti-friction covering, and C3 class ball-screws for high precision and long life accuracy. The MDT-2 also features a Yaskawa-controlled VFD spindle drive that enables spindle speeds to be controlled via its DynaPath CNC control with 12.1” LCD touchscreen.

The MACH MDM 1000 is a 3-axis high-performance CNC bed mill with a 4th-axis head that delivers exceptional cutting performance.

Equipped with a 5,000rpm spindle and a 1524mm x 330mm table (with a 500kg maximum table load), the machine provides users with power, speed, flexibility, and reliability.

The MACH MDS 4T-700 is an innovative, and the world’s first UKAS/CE compliant CNC/manual knee mill driven by the 3-axis (4-axis option) DynaPath WinDelta control and Yaskawa drives and features an integrated 4-tool position ATC positioned around the machine’s spindle.

The machine has directly driven X-, Y- and Z-axes, and a direct-drive BT40 3.75kW/5,000rpm spindle and can be used in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes.

The MACH MDS 8T-845 ‘spider’ milling machine has been designed and built as a competitively-priced alternative to a vertical machining centre or more typical toolroom mill. The fully enclosed machine is competitively-priced and has a uniquely configured eight tool position ATC around its directly-driven 5.5kW/8,000rpm spindle (10,000rpm spindle available as an option) which helps make the MDS 8T-845 incredibly productive, efficient, versatile and affordable.

A new addition to MACH Machine Tools’ product line-up this high-speed machining centre performs as stylishly as it looks.

The MACH MDHS-65S is a high-speed vertical machining centre designed for the fast processing of

high-precision components, mould tools and copper electrodes.

The machine features a fixed, rigid and thermally-stable double column structure, roller-type linear guides,a high-speed, built-in HSK 40E spindle (7.5kW/24,000rpm), a specially-designed spindle chiller system, a servo-driven 12-tool ATC and, of course, the powerful and flexible DynaPath WinDelta control that provides 10,000-block look-ahead capability and dynamic path smoothing for high accuracy contouring and super fine surface finishes.

MACH Machine Tools has a reputation in the market for the performance and reliability of its CNC flat bed lathes.

The large-capacity and innovative MDL-1800 being showcased at MACH 2022 is no exception and has a 1250mm maximum turning length, an auto indexing tool post with a rear mounted driven tool station, plus C-axis capability for machining cross holes, keyways, flats etc.

No MACH Machine Tool exhibition stand would be complete without an iconic VS-1 or VS-2 turret-type milling machine making an appearance.

As a consequence, it should be no surprise that a new VS-1 SP has pride of place on the company’s MACH 2022 stand.

The VS-1 SP is a re-designed and re-engineered MACH VS-1 turret-type milling machine that now boasts Super Precision (SP) capabilities. Built to exacting quality standards, and still retaining the gloss black livery and polished aluminium heads, the VS-1 SP features hand scraped hardened and ground dovetail slideways, Turcite B on its ways, slides and gibs, hardened and ground table tops and T-slots, and nickel-coated lead screws.

The machine is equipped with an EVS Yaskawa spindle inverter and motor that ensures absolute control over its infinitely variable spindle speeds (up to 5,000rpm).
