Fanuc Robomachine UK is now the UK supplier for Fanuc Robodrill machining centres and Fanuc Robocut wire EDM technology.
Based in Daventry, Northants, the new operation went live on 1 June and offers "improved sales and service as well as PDQ spares support".

"This is a positive step towards cutting reaction and lead times through synergies, ascertaining a direct and immediate identification between customers and product source," said president and CEO of Fanuc Robomachine Europe Mike Fujita. Product managers Pascal Daveney and Andy Spence look after Fanuc Robodrill and Fanuc Robocut, respectively. "We will maintain a strong sales force in Great Britain for customer consultancy and order processing, and we are now taking direct responsibility for fast delivery, commissioning and maintenance of the machines," Mr Fujita added. The showroom at Daventry boasts the complete series of latest Fanuc Robodrill machining centres and Fanuc Robocut wire cut EDM machines. The technical centre is also equipped for customer training courses, covering CNC programming and machine operation. Fanuc Roboshot moulding machines are also part of the location's remit. Fanuc Robomachine Europe will be exhibiting at the forthcoming AMB machine tool exhibition in Stuttgart, September 28 to October 2. The company will exhibit latest Fanuc Robodrill and Fanuc Robocut developments. Image: L to R - Andy Spence, Mike Fujita, Pascal Daveney
