Duncan Haley has been appointed as northern area sales manager, working from his home base in Sheffield, and managing the sales within the northern region of the UK.
His key role responsibilities will be to maintain sales and acquire new business across the company’s current direct customers and its distribution customers, as well as focusing on acquiring new business to support the Bowers Group’s growth plans. Haley has many years’ engineering experience, covering stock control, purchasing, production management and technical sales.
In addition, Ryan Telling (below) has joined the Bowers Group export sales team in the capacity of export sales manager. Based at the Bowers Group sales office in Camberley, Surrey, he will be responsible managing the export sales team, developing new sales channels, supporting the export strategy and delivering continued sales growth with an enhanced focus on the ASEAN region.
Telling has considerable manufacturing and technical sales experience, gained during his time with Spirax-Sarco Engineering, based both in the UK and during long-term placements in South Korea and the Far East. His previous experience and skill-set will be both transferable and valuable to his new role.
