In this role, Ryan will lead the teams across home and export sales, marketing, and service and support. Additionally, he will oversee the Camberley customer service operation and site management.
Effective 15 July, 2024, this strategic appointment aims to unify the sales, marketing, and service teams under Ryan's leadership. This integration will enhance customer service, focusing on the needs of Bowers Group’s customers, and will also explore new markets and opportunities for upcoming products.
More unified organisation
Martin Hawkins, managing director of Bowers Group, expressed his enthusiasm for Ryan's new role, stating: "I’m thrilled to announce this new role for Ryan. He has been a significant member of our sales team for over 10 years and has made significant advancements within his tenure with Bowers Group.

Driving growth
Ryan joined Bowers Group office-based Tech Support team in 2013, moving into field-based installation and training roles and further into direct sales as sales product specialist, where he expanded his knowledge of the company's product portfolio and sales strategies.
Most recently, Ryan served as the UK & Ireland sales manager, focusing on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. His experience and understanding of the business have prepared him well for his new role.
