Ceratizit to show tooling for automotive market at TMG open house

1 min read

The automotive segment is a key business area for Ceratizit UK & Ireland, so its involvement as a technical partner of the In-Comm Training & Manufacturing Group (TMG) will see it, through its WNT competence brand, support the forthcoming ‘Automotive Technologies Open House’ on 13 December at In-Comm’s Marches Centre of Manufacturing and Technology in Bridgenorth.

The event will be open to anyone with an interest in the automotive manufacturing sector, providing an ideal opportunity to discuss the latest developments in fields such as cutting tools, metal-cutting machine tools, EDM and metrology. Visitors will be able to discuss specific requirements with technical experts from all of the group’s technical partners, which in addition to Ceratizit UK & Ireland include Blum Novotest, Engineering Technologies Group, Hexagon, Mitsubishi EDM, Hyfore and Guhring.

“The open house will be a fantastic opportunity to highlight developments in our cutting tool technologies relating to the automotive sector, where productivity improvements remain vital to the ongoing success of the UK supply chain,” says Adrian Fitts, Ceratizit UK & Ireland’s business development manager. “WNT is just one of four competence brands within the Ceratizit Group that complement each other, with customers also able to source solutions from Ceratizit, Komet and Klenk.”
