Featuring a 150 mm horizontal geared spindle with a 55 kW drive system, the machine delivers a torque output of 2,115 Nm. A full 360,000 position NC table accommodates pallet sizes of 1,600 by 1,250 mm that can support loads up to 8 tonnes. Axis travels are 3,000 mm in the X-axis, 1,900 mm in Y and 2,100 mm in Z. The W-axis quill has a travel of 750 mm.
Spindle speed is up to 4,000 rpm, while tool storage capacity is 120. Linear positioning accuracy in each axis is ±0.003 mm at full axis stroke, with a repeatability of ±0.0015 mm. Meanwhile, the rotary axis is accurate to within ±7 arc seconds with repeatability of ±3.5 arc seconds.
