Rapid, secure clamping
The T-REX NC high pressure vice from Allmatic-Jakob can be used for the rapid and secure clamping of unmachined parts, and particularly for 5-sided machining.
It offers short set-up times and offers free tool access to the workpiece such short standard tools can be used.
For the clamping and machining of very complex parts, new support jaws were designed and are suitable for use with the Allmatic universal gripper set.
Customised set-ups are offered, consisting largely of base plates and standard components that are arranged in different configurations and layouts, and which feature special clamping jaws. The specific set-up can feature single or duo vices. Possible configurations include the option of one vice on an angle plate, two vices against each other (back to back), two by two vices back to back, or four vices in a star set-up.
