DoALL sawing machines launched at MACH 2010

At MACH 2010, Accurate Cutting Services launched the new generation of DoALL sawing machines, represented on the stand by the new DoALL C5-NC, which has been designed for quick, precise and efficient cutting of tough materials.

The DoALL C5-NC machine boasts a 54 mm wide saw blade for extra beam strength, a 530 mm capacity, 11 kW inverter controlled blade drive motor and a ball-screw feed, on which the head is mounted, through twin, round chromed pillars. The machine is equipped with the latest colour touch-screen panel and service remote connection, via the internet. This connection enables fault finding of any service issues, via a webcam, with these transmitted back to the machine manufacturer, allowing quick and efficient problem solving. Accurate Cutting Services is well known for its range of sawing products which include Pedrazzoli, DoALL, Soitaab and Plantool. Also being displayed at MACH 2010 was a range of Pedrazzoli circular saws and band saws able to offer ferrous and non-ferrous cutting solutions to customers, with manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines. On show, also was an example of the DoALL 'Utility Line' machines, a range of competitively priced machines, with fully automatic and semi-automatic versions available. Finally, the new vertical Soitaab SV 640 TS, developed in conjunction with Accurate Cutting Services, generated much interest. The machine has a capacity of 600 by 600 mm, 3,000 kg of load and a table stroke of 1,200 mm, making it particularly suited for toolmakers, test houses, steel stockholders and specialist aerospace applications.
