Accurate will be showing the first example of the new generation DoALL sawing machines, for precise cutting of materials of all types, at MACH 2010, which will be the world premiere of this machine.

The machine incorporate a 67 mm wide saw blade for extra blade strength, an 11 kW inverter controlled blade drive motor, and the head feed is on round chromed pillars. The machine will be equipped with the latest colour touch screen panel, and will show the new service remote connection via the Internet and web cam. This will enable fault finding of any service issues, via the web cam, transmitted back to the machine manufacturer, so that problem solving can be done efficiently and quickly. Accurate is known for the range of sawing machines offered: Pedrazzoli circular sawing machines and band sawing machines, DoALL band saws, Soitaab large band sawing machines and Plantool high speed circular sawing machines. Accurate will be showing a range of Pedrazzoli band saws, manual and semi-automatic machines, and circular saws for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. On show, will also be an example of the DoALL "Utility Line" machines, a range of competitively priced machines, with fully automatic and semi-automatic versions available. The vertical Soitaab SV 640 TS vertical saw will be on show, developed in conjunction with Accurate Cutting Services, this machine has a capacity of 600 mm x 600 mm, 3,000 kg of load, and a table stroke of 1,200 mm, making it particularly suited for toolmakers, test houses, steel stockholders, and specialist aerospace applications. Accurate Cutting Services are on stand 4420 in Hall 4, at MACH 2010.
