Walter Cut CF5 geometry chipbreaker complements CF6 and CE4
Walter GB has enhanced its Walter Cut toolholding system for grooving, parting off and recessing with its CF5 geometry for parting off.
Designed to accommodate around 60% of applications in the medium feed range group, the CF5 chipbreaker complements CF6 for low feedrates and CE4 for high feedrates.
The Walter Cut system includes monoblock toolholders for double-edged grooving inserts, as well as deep cutting blades with single-use, four-point, self-clamping, as well as toughened parting blades with screw clamping.
