Walter adds Tiger.tec Silver PVD inserts for recessing, grooving and parting off
Walter GB has announced indexable inserts for recessing, grooving and parting-off that feature Tiger.tec Silver PVD high temperature, wear resistant aluminium oxide coatings for long tool life and high process reliability.
Grades are designated: WSM13S, for high performance machining in stable conditions; WSM43S, for unstable applications featuring low cutting speeds and interrupted cuts; and WSM23S and WSM33S, for intermediate range tasks.
