Vapormatt set to launch Sabre wet blasting system
The Vapormatt says the Sabre wet blasting system has been developed to help small to medium volume manufacturers, coating centres and R&D facilities to improve output quality on a range of cutting tools.
The Vapormatt Sabre's nozzle arrangement focuses blast guns on the critical faces and cutting edges, delivering consistent and controllable results. This ensures total coverage of tools, offering edge radii within ±5 micron tolerance of specification and provides a surface offering improved coating adhesion. The multiple nozzles also make it possible to process both round shank tools and cutting inserts, and customise the system to suit the demand of customers.
