Unok and Duok join the Hainbuch precision vice range

Two new precision vices have joined the Hainbuch range of precision vices - Unok and Duok.

In the case of the Unok, which is available in 90, 125 and 160 mm jaw widths, parts are clamped using a positive pull-back effect and can be pre-adjusted so that parts are always clamped the same. The high strength ground body can be positioned on any edge, even vertically, and there are slots to position in X and Y axes. A repeatability of 0.01 mm is possible with hydraulically assisted manual clamping. Turning to the high productivity Duok vice, which can clamp two parts at the same time, after the first part is clamped (1 kN) the second jaw adjusts to clamp part two, then both jaws clamp solidly. The high strength precision ground body unit can be used mounted on the base, side or end (vertically). The Duok comes with 90 and 125 mm jaw widths. A 0.01 mm repeatability is possible, using hydraulically assisted manual clamping.
