Stocdon introduces ZCC ‘Simply Coloured’ carbide turning inserts
Stocdon is introducing a range of coolant carbide turning inserts from ZCC Cutting Tools called Simply Coloured. The system enables both insert grade and degree of wear to be easily identified with the twin aims of making tool selection easier and reducing waste.
The colour of the inner ring on the ZCC Simply Coloured inserts indicates the application range, while the colour of the cutting edges indicates the grade. Unworn edge colour reveals whether unused edges are available. The inserts come with appropriate matching colour-coded toolholders.
