Slimmed down design Quadrok vice has 60 kN grasp on the essentials

A slimmed down version of the Quadrok vice is available from Hainbuch.

This Hainbuch Quadrok manually activated parallel vice provides a four-sided and radial clamping forces of 60 kN. Thanks to the pull-back effect aganst the end stop, extremely rigid clampings at minimum clamping lengths are possible, with a repeatability of less than 0.02 mm in all axes. This gives optimal holding power for cross machining between the jaws and also for five-sided machining. The Quadrok can be used on a rotary indexing table at speeds up to 1,200 rpm.
