Schwarze-Robitec SB series bending machines available from Ingmar
Schwarze-Robitec SB series section bending machines feature 11 axes in the standard version which allows users to create a greater bandwidth of bending contours. Depending on the section size used and the material rigidity, the number of axes can be adjusted to the respective bending requirements. As SB machines process both flat and angle iron, as well as T-, I- and C-section, the technology is suitable for applications that include bridge girders, roller coasters, furniture and automotive parts, to name but a few.
Options include a unit for 3D forming and a bending mandrel for small diameters. A measuring system, which monitors the bending radius during the bending process, is also available.
