Schwarze-Robitec machines suit thin walled tubes
In line with lightweight construction trends in the automotive and aerospace industries, Schwarze-Robitec has made modifications to its bending machines so they are suitable for thin-walled tubes – the company has both optimised the transport boost of its CNC machines and adapted the bending tools.
According to Schwarze-Robitec, if flexible radii and efficient production of complex bent tubes are needed in one operation, the machines with multi-radius technology (MR) and with two bending heads (Twin) are the suitable choices.
All machines can be integrated in existing bending cells and are fitted with the company's latest control, which is said to support rapid production operations.
