Propen M7000 micro-percussion part marker comes as all-in-one portable solution

The Propen M7000 can be used successfully for the marking of large, heavy, flat or curve parts in materials ranging from plastics to the toughest of metals. It can mark rough or treated surfaces (prior to sandblasting, galvanisation, shotblasting, application of corrosion-resistant pains, etc) at the quality and accuracy required for Data MatrixTM code marking. The unit provides an 80 by 30 mm marking zone and features a 7-inch colour screen with an intuitive user interface. The multilingual P07 software, developed by Gravotech, enables fonts, logos and marking files to be imported and exported. The marking unit, controller and control interface are contained within a single compact rugged device with a waist-mounted Li-ion battery pack affording unrestricted mobility to the operator. The M7000 contains very few wear parts and does not require any consumables or preventive maintenance. The long-life stylus can be re-sharpened.
