A newly designed moving loading table is said to make it easy to load small sheets, bringing it close to the operator for easy access, while the rotating ram head enables multi-tools to be indexed. Prima Power also says that tool changing is now much easier and faster. The turret capacity is 328 tools, thanks to better use of indexable multi-tools. Further enhancements relate to scratch-free finish technology and program management.
The Punch Genius Dynamic model uses a double wedge system, low inertia design, fast punching and positioning, and has closed circuit cooling to achieve 1,000 hits per minute.
