The portal and cutting torch are contained within a sealed enclosure to protect the surrounding area from any heat, dust and noise generated during cutting. A powerful dust/fume extraction and filtration system ensures that the air is kept clean at all times. Therefore, AUTOREX can be installed with no need for additional noise control or extraction equipment. Based on the EAGLE plasma cutting system, with m3 plasma technology, the AUTOREX delivers high-speed cutting economically whilst the quality of the cut components is excellent. Indeed, the system achieves high precision and an edge quality that is comparable with laser cutting. It can also mark using the same torch. The AUTOREX system is equipped with an integrated exchange table as standard, so cutting can continue while profiled components are removed and new material is loaded. Two sizes of machine are available for plate sizes of 1,500 by 3,000 and 2,000 by 4,000mm. Other features that help to maximise productivity include the VISION control unit and Columbus CADCAM programming software, both of which are included with the AUTOREX as standard.
