Mitutoyo measuring progress at MACH 2022

Given the growing trend to automate inspection processes, Mitutoyo will be exhibiting a MiSTAR CNC CMM and a QVE Vision System served by a FANUC Cobot, at MACH 2022. The highly-efficient arrangements will illustrate the operator free and light-out working potential of the cost-effective systems.

Making a MACH debut on stand number 19-530 will be Mitutoyo’s advanced new CRYSTA-Apex V series CNC CMMs. Building on the popularity of previous CRYSTA-Apex CMMs, the innovative new models deliver high-accuracy results. Also, mindful of the need for inspection efficiencies, CRYSTA-Apex V CMMs exhibit high-speed and fast acceleration characteristics.

The staff of Mitutoyo UK will be demonstrating three advanced new vision measuring instruments at MACH 2022. The Roundtracer FLASH is a state-of-the-art optical measuring device that delivers results twice as fast as traditional linear scanning solutions and is able to accurately measure parts up to 300 mm in length.

The Quick Vision Active compact measuring system delivers highly accurate, rapid, non-contact 3D measurements at an affordable price. Last but not least, Mitutoyo’s Quick Scope manual vision measuring instrument will also be put through its paces. The easy to use Quick Scope can be used by both inspection professionals and semi-skilled personnel to perform manual work piece observation or automatic measurement of single or multiple parts.

Demonstrations of the precise new Mitutoyo Formtracer Avant will illustrate the innovative hybrid instrument’s ability to deliver both contour and surface roughness measurements in a single, easy to use unit. Ideal for shop-floor measurement, a wide range of Mitutoyo height gauges and Small Tools with Bluetooth connectivity will also be shown.
