MIB Hydro hydraulic press range

MIB Hydro hydraulic press range

MIB Hydro hydraulic presses (four column or arch) ranging from 100 to 2,000 tonnes have large frames with bronze guides and graphic inserts for a smooth movement of the slide. The steel cylinders have hardened chromium plated rods and the guidance system uses loaded PTFE with polyurethane seals These single, double or triple acting presses with a hydraulic cushion, can be for all types of stamping, forming, cutting, deep drawing, levelling, cambering or bending operations on a wide variety of materials including, mild steel, special alloys, stainless steel and rubber. As an example of MIB Hydro standard, a 400 tonne slide force uses two thrust cylinders (200 tonne each) controlled by a PLC and servo-valves to enable an off-centre force. The slide stroke is 1,000 mm with a maximum 2,700 mm distance between the tables (gap). The working speed is 15 mm/sec using a 2,500 by 1,600mm press table. Using 2 x 80 tonne capacity stamping pads, the stroke is 350 mm, the return speed is 195 mm/sec using a 2,250 by 1,250 mm stamping table.
