The Dugard ECO 65 65 mm bar capacity CNC lathe with driven tools and tailstock is the first in a new line of high quality, value-for-money CNC lathes from C Dugard.
Offering "amazing speed, power, precision and durability all at a very affordable price", the Dugard ECO 65 is available at special introductory offer price of £57,995, complete with parts catcher, bar feed system, 215 mm 3-jaw hydraulic power chuck and manual tool setting probe.
The slantbed Dugard ECO 65 CNC lathe has a swing over bed of 500 mm, swing over cross slide of 220 mm, maximum cutting diameter of 210 mm and maximum cutting length of 460 mm.
Spindle speed for the CNC lathe is 4,000 rpm from an 11/15 kW motor, with a 12-station VDI 30 turret boasting driven tool spindle sped of 4,500 rpm and 3.75 kW power.
Rapid travels are 30 m/min and accuracy is ±0.005 mm/300 mm and repeatability ±0.005 mm.
The tailstock has a 65 mm diameter quill, travels are 425 mm for the tailstock and 50 mm for the quill, and has an MT4 taper.
