Beyond conventional wheel dressing, another application area for Drebojet-Plus is the dressing/profiling of ceramic-bond-diamond and CBN grinding wheels during serial production. A good example is the manufacture of camshafts in the automotive industry.
According to Lach Diamant, Drebojet-Plus dressing rolls offer increased dresser life and greater precision, in comparison with conventional dressing rolls for CNC profiling.
