Kurt HD690 pull-type vice features 9-inch opening jaws for large part clamping

The Kurt HD690 pull-type vice incorporates Kurt Workholding's AngLock design and features 9-inch opening jaws for precise large part clamping. Clamping force ranges from 975 to 5,250 pounds using 10 to 80 pounds of input torque.

The Kurt HD690 vice is designed with a rigid stationary jaw and has top-down bolting for reduced deflection while lying flatter when assembled. It also eliminates the need to remove the vice body from the machine table for cleaning. The vice body is narrow to allow more vices in the same work envelope and extra tall to reduce clamping stress. High precision roller bearings and a specially hardened vice screw mechanism enhance precision clamping and smooth operation. Additional features include: quick change machinable jaws for odd shaped parts, Groove-Lock jaw and workstop, sine keys for part alignment and optional swivel base and machinable aluminium jaw kit.
