ISO indexable inserts for turning get Tiger.tec touch

Tiger PVD aluminium oxide coating is now available on ISO indexable inserts for turning. Designated Tiger.tec WSM30, the new insert range for turning embraces all standard ISO shapes in positive and negative geometries, and is targeted in particular at high alloy and stainless steel machining tasks as well as titanium alloys and super alloys such as Inconel. Highly interrupted cutting on low- and high-alloys steels can also be successfully accommodated. With the PVD Alox coating offering high thermal protection, overcoming the traditional problem when turning these materials, users can expect greater production security with extended tool life.
