Innotool development delivers more productive milling insert
A trio of developments enhance Vargus Tooling's Innotool milling cutter portfolio – not least the fact that that the application of TiALN coating on to IN1030 inserts, resulting in the new grade, IN2030, has created inserts able to perform at increased cutting data of up to 25 per cent, while also successfully undertaking dry machining applications.
The new insert grade is currently being offered on a one-plus-one promotion – purchasers of 20 inserts and a cutter can choose another cutter from a popular selection, free of charge.
Innotool has also produced a new main catalogue and technical information handbook containing a wealth of information, including application data for all insert styles, grades and cutters, as well as a comprehensive materials database.
