Hypertherm True Bevel cut chart database optimises processing
Hypertherm's True Bevel mild steel cut chart database contain parameters that will significant reduce the amount of time and effort required to produce quality bevels using Hypertherm's HyPerformance HPRXD plasma systems.
According to Hypertherm's Aaron Brandt, "Most fabricators spend a considerable amount of time setting up their systems through trial and error, and even then, the outcome is inconsistent. Hypertherm's plasma True Bevel technology is designed to delivery accurate and consistent bevels without that lengthy set-up."
Optimised bevel performance can be accomplished across the wide variety of bevel systems because the parameters are delivered in a database that allows the table manufacturer to adapted process information to the mechanics of the plasma table bevel design.
Hypertherm intends to embed the cut charts in Hypertherm's ProNest CAM Solutions offering and to make it available to its partners for inclusion in their proprietary CNC and CADCAM nesting software.
