Sumiboron grade BNC100 high speed grade produces surface finishes of 6.3Rz
It features a new TiCN base ceramic coated insert developed to enhance surface finish across a broad range of finishing applications at elevated cutting speeds. Ideal for higher speed machining and suitable for continuous or light interrupted cuts, cutting speeds of Vc 150-300 m/min and surface finish values of 6.3Rz are easily achieved.
