With a measurement range of 700 by 700 by 500 mm, Hexagon says that the Leitz Reference HP 7.7.5 provides the low levels of measuring uncertainty required by precision manufacturers. Equipped with the Hexagon Metrology HP-S-X3 scanning probe head as standard, it can carry stylus configurations of up to 360 mm in length and 150 g in weight.
Available with PC-DMIS or Quindos metrology software, the machine can also be configured as a gear inspection centre. It is available to order immediately, with shipments beginning in May 2015.
