Flow offers Mach 2c waterjet with high-end specification
Flow's latest Mach 2c waterjet series features the company's dynamic waterjet taper control technology. It also boasts Paser 4 abrasive cutting system, the latest HyPlex Prime pump pairing option and the FlowMaster control and FlowNest software, which are found on the company's high end Mach 3 and 4 waterjet series.
The Mach 2c's robust industrial gantry style and rigid two piece construction, was designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and thermally stress-relieved steel to enable it to handle high production needs.
The motion system, critical in producing high quality parts, is American made and the drive system is protected with wrap around bellows to ensure a long working life and enduring accuracy.
Mach 2c models offer a choice of 2 by 2 m 2 by 3 m and 2 by 4 m work envelopes with 0.127 mm accuracy over the full envelope and ± 0.50 mm repeatability.
